Winner's Circle May 17
Saturday May 17 was Stock Suspension & Motorcycle Heads Up Shoot -Out
Our Final Winner's looked like this:
motorcycle- Joel Hunter
5.90 Stock Suspension- Jim Herbert
6.00- Danny Johnson
7.00- Lee Hyde
Oh, and I thought I'd mention that Chilton County's own- Bucky Todd was seen ON the track, instead of just ABOVE it Saturday. He made a pass in his dragster and I believe he ran a 5.23. (If that's not correct I'm sure he will let me know. ) He had a real good run, and came back to the tower on an adrenalin high that was still kickin' when we shut down that night. Great Job Bucky!!!!!!
Sunday was a real good Test & Tune. We had many new faces, and we were happy to see that some of the new ones from the last few races were back, and brought others with them. This is what we love to see.
The word is getting out that this is a great time for motorcycles to be able to play, but test & tune is for anything. If you can drive it, you can run it....................
This also the place to settle grudges, and keep it off the streets. Isn't it worth $10 to know that you can whip someone legally and safely? Although we hope to never need them, we do have rescue service on site at all times.
We will continue to have test & tune, grudge wars every Sunday that is not a prescheduled event.
